There are a lot of misleading places on Facebook to get information on the Mediterranean Diet and Middle Eastern foods and recipes, but one of the best Facebook pages is called “Mediterranean Foods & Recipes.”
You can click here to go to the Facebook Page and join and get updated information on the best Mediterranean foods, the Mediterranean Diet and Middle Eastern/Arab food recipes.
More than 1600 people have “Joined” the Page and you should join, too, sharing your Middle Eastern and mediterranean food recipes and photos.
The site doe snot accept spam or efforts to promote other Facebook pages, but it does allow posting of links to websites that offer information on Mediterranean and Middle Eastern foods and food recipes. (Spanish food is NOT Mediterranean, folks, so find a new source.)
Here are some of the food images you will find.
If you make Arabian or Mediterranean food dishes, we want you to share your photos and your recipes.
