When Representative Devin Nunes presented the Silver Star Medal to Terry Halberdier a USS Liberty Survivor of the Six Day War, the Congressman publicly admitted: “The government has kept this quiet for too long.”
This June 8 marks 51 years since President LBJ issued the Cover-Up on the USS Liberty, which every president and congress since has colluded in.

During a White House meeting with his Generals on January 18, POTUS Trump issued his marching orders for a military parade in the streets of D.C. either on Memorial Day, Veterans Day or Independence Day.
This American proposes June 8, which is USS LIBERTY REMEMBRANCE DAY in the hearts and minds of those survivors of The Six Day War, their families, friends and supporters.
Whereas American Legion Resolution 40, calls “upon the 115th United States Congress to publicly, impartially, and thoroughly investigate the attack on the USS Liberty and its aftermath”, Representative Nunes could pick up where he left off eight years ago when he awarded Terry Halbardier the Silver Star:
Twelve USS Liberty survivors of The Six Day War received a Silver Star.
A total of Forty-three Awards for Heroism were issued to USS Liberty survivors of The Six Day War:
1 Medal of Honor
2 Navy Cross
12 Silver Stars
20 Bronze Stars
9 Navy Commendation Medals
208 Purple Heart Medals
294 Combat Action Ribbons
Terry Halbardier won’t be able to march down the streets of D.C. and past the Trump International Hotel, but this American contends his USS LIBERTY brothers would be interested in leading any march through the streets of D.C. on June 8, which is USS LIBERTY REMEMBRANCE DAY in hearts and minds of too few Americans.
