Bridgeview and Lyons Township donate face masks to Zakat Foundation
The Village of Bridgeview in co-operation with Cook County has delivered 3,000 masks to the Zakat Foundation in Bridgeview.
The Zakat Foundation is known for their work with those most in need.
Their mission has expanded as COVID grips our communities.
These masks will be distributed to those most affected and most in need of safe reusable masks.

These masks are part of the 10,000 masks that Bridgeview received from the county.
Mayor Landek along with Lyons Township Clerk Mike Porfirio presented the masks for immediate distribution.
According to Clerk Porfirio, “every effort we make to practice safe COVID procedures means infection rates are reduced and lives saved.
