Actor Jamie Farr of M*A*S*H and acclaimed standup comedian Mike Batayeh are among the scheduled speakers at the 13th Annual Images and Perceptions Diversity Conference to be held on Thursday April 28, 2016 at the Byblos Banquets, 7258 Chase Road in Dearborn, Michigan.
Speakers, who will address the impact of stereotypes, images and perceptions during the day-long conference also include disabilities activist Ron Bachman, Middle East academic Dr. Dahlai Wasfi, body language expert Janette Ghedotte, police commanders David Robinson and Harold Love, and motivational speaker Dr. Maxine Hankins Cain.
Speakers also will include SET Metro President Eva Garza Dewaelsche, Vince Orlando, Justin Ford, Maria Elana Rodriguez and Omar AbuRashed.

the role of law enforcement through community policing in diverse neighborhoods. Robinson and Love will ultimately explore the positive role
diversity plays in building safe and healthy communities through authentic community and police relations that promote acceptance,
understanding and a mutual respect for the process. “Walk This Way”, Ronnie Bachman’s extraordinary resolve creates a challenge of
survival and triumph. A double amputee he carries his message of perseverance, tolerance and determination to win over defeat.
