The start of the school year began normally in the Palestinian territories except on the Gaza Strip where Israeli military war crimes targeting civilians and destroying civilian homes and property continues.

Many believe the Israeli Army is intentionally targeting civilians and destroying civilian homes as a form of punishment for refusing to bow down to the Israeli embargo which has choked the Palestinians in the Gaza Strip for nearly a decade.

Conditions in Gaza Strip remain very tough and dangerous as Israelis continue to fire missile, mortars and bombs. The killing and the destruction by Israel continues. Many of the schools that normally would have classes are now crowded with new refugees created by the vicious Israeli assaults.

The United Nations Relief and Works Agency, which has been targeted by Israeli military terrorist attacks has sought to draw world attention to the new refugee crisis created by Israel and the United States which funds Israel and provides the weapons that kill babies, children, teenagers, women and the elderly.

The Palestine Ministry of Health reports the death toll from the Israeli terrorist attacks is now 2,104. More than 10,500 have now been injured in Israel’s assault on Gaza. United Nations and human rights agencies monitoring Israeli terrorism attacks in the Gaza Strip report that 80 percent of casualties are civilians, including over 500 children.

In the past week since Tuesday, when the most recent truce of nine days ended, more than 80 Palestinians and a four-year-old Israeli boy were killed. The Israeli child was killed when Palestinians fired rockets in response to Israel’s military assaults and it struck a civilian area. While Palestinian cannot control where their missiles land, Israel specifically targets civilians and can control where their missiles land using sophisticated American-made and financed guidance systems.

In many cases, Israeli soldiers have create a sport of identifying Palestinian civilians rummaging through the destroyed rubble of their homes and slowly killing them with automatic weapons fire. The practices have been widely reported and are being investigated by the United Nations as War Crimes.

Photo Essay: Little children who haven’t been murdered by Israeli terrorism seek a refuge at a UN school. UN buildings have been targeted in terrorist attacks by the Israeli military which has made a sport of singling out civilians and then killing them. More than 2,000 Palestinians have been killed with more than 80 percent being civilians. Of that about 500 have been children. More than 10,000 more civilians have been seriously injured and UN and Human Rights agencies report many of the injured are babies, children, teenagers, mothers and the elderly.
