I did not alert any of my nearly 5,000 Facebook friends that I deactivated my Facebook account on Thursday; so this publication will serve and is also my notice of a leave of absence from TheArabDailyNews.com.
I depart for many reasons but foremost is Maxine and Mavis; who began life as Josie and Birdie, two among a litter of eight hound mix pups birthed at the Misfit Animal Rescue in Eustis, Florida.
HOW and WHY they came to be mine, and daily bring to mind The Serenity Prayer is a long story I will soon write;
