Lawsuit filed against Trump, Israeli settlements, peace plan and AIPAC
Washington D.C. Attorney Martin McMahon filed a lawsuit against Netanyahu and Trump and 17 other defendants in February 2020 accusing them of denying the civil and human rights of Palestinians in Israel and in the occupied territories of the West Bank and Jerusalem. McMahon held a press conference on March 4 at the National Press Club to detail the case he has filed against Israel’s illegal and racist policies
Attorney Martin McMahon held a press conference on Wednesday, March 4 to detail his Pro-Palestinian lawsuit against 19 people he claims are denying fundamental civil rights to Palestinians February 25th, 2020 Palestinian nationals, Palestinian Americans, and ordinary American citizens have filed suit against Prime Minister Netanyahu and President Trump for denationalizing the Palestinian civilian population in the occupied territories. They seek a ruling in the US District Court for the District of Columbia that Defendant Netanyahu is a war criminal!
President Trump’s son-in-law Jared Kushner is also named in the suit. Palestinian Americans who own property in the occupied territory are asking the Court to stop the land transfer component of Kushner’s “Peace Plan” and refer the matter to the UN General Assembly.
A press conference was scheduled for March 4, 2020, at 1 pm in the National Press Club, Washington D.C., 529 14th St NW, Washington, DC 20045
