Palestinians continue protests against Israeli violence
By Mohammed Asad
Palestinians continued protests against violence by Israeli soldiers and armed Israeli settlers at the border with Israel at the Gaza Strip on Friday October 23, 2015.
Reports continued of Palestinians being wrongfully assaulted by Israeli soldiers and armed Israeli settlers throughout the Occupied West Bank and Occupied Jerusalem.
Here are photos of the continued protests against the Israeli occupation. Palestinians are responding to incitement from Israeli government officials who have called for the killing of Palestinians and who have said they oppose recognition of Palestine and the creation of a Palestinian State.
Israeli incitement reached new heights when Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu insulted Islam and accused a 1930s Islamic Activist leader Hajj Amin al-Husseini of conceiving of the Holocaust and giving the idea to Nazi leader Adolph Hitler. The blood libeled has been roundly denounced as an example of Netanyahu’s trvializing of the Nazi-led massacre of 6 million Jews and more than 12 million other peoples during World War II including Poles, Russians and Gypsies.
