Waking up at 4:00 pm (GMT+3) and 8:00 am (CDT) feels like waking up in two different multiverses. Reading the news, listening to Mashrou’ Leila, waiting for my morning coffee to attack my blood system, and smiling: Where am I? A prestigious bank is offering a lot of millions to re-construct Gaza. “Finally, the stem cells research has developed a way to reconstruct de-constructed human bodies,” thought Alice.
Ramallan Morning in Chicago demands Ramallan News. The police are warning the civilians from slippery roads. “Is there something else you need to warn the civilians from?” I thought to myself “aliens, nuclear dystopia, cancer, grotesque faces and bodies?”
