Israeli settler terrorists were blamed for the burning death murder Friday (July 31, 2015) of an 18 month old Palestinian child. Israeli settlers continue to terrorize Christian and Muslim civilians without response from Netanyahu’s government. Netanyahu’s settler policies have encouraged attacks against Christian and Muslim civilians, as his rhetoric was blamed for the assassination of his predecessor Yitzhak Rabin in 1995. Settler terrorists are encouraged to extremism by leaders of Israelis government

The murder of an 18 month old child from Duman near Nablus in the Israeli Occupied West Bank has put the spotlight on Israel’s government hypocrisy and double standards when it comes to terrorism and violence against Palestinians by Israeli Jews.

Although Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu has vowed to punish the killers, who are believed to be members of of a nearby illegal Israeli settlement in the West Bank, records show that more than 95 percent of settlers suspected in terrorist violence are never prosecuted or if captured, are released with minimal or no punishment.

The victim of this latest act of Israeli terrorism is 18 month old Palestinian infant Ali Dawabshe who died when his home in the Village of Duman in the West Bank District of Nablus in the occupied West Bank – Palestine was set on fire by Israeli Jewish settler terrorists earlier Friday morning (July 31, 2015).

The murder of Palestinians by Israeli settlers has occurred ever since the construction of Israel’s first settlements following the military occupation of the West Bank in 1967 but has continued to increase with no response from the Israeli government. In fact, instead of taking actions to prosecute Jews involved in terrorism and violence, Israel has instead directed more resources to expanding the settlements which are a source of violence, terrorism and Israeli hate.

Schools in the settlements which are built only for Jewish residents routinely teach their children in schools not only to hate Christians and Muslims, but to use weapons. They are encouraged to kill Palestinians and when they come of age, join the Israel Defense Forces (IDF) and participate in war crimes against Palestinian civilians.

Arab organizations around the world have slammed Israel’s failure to crack down on Jewish terrorism and Jewish violence, complaining that Israel continually exaggerates violence by Palestinians against Israelis and imposes excessive retribution not only against the Palestinian suspects, who are denied legal representation in Israelis judicial system.

For example, Arabs who are accused of terrorism are often immediately killed by Israeli forces before they can be brought to justice, and the homes were they lived with their family are destroyed as a part of Israel’s “Collective Punishment” against Christians and Muslims.

Israel does not impose Collective Punishment against Jews who are accused of committing heinous acts of violence, terrorism and murder. In fact, most Israeli Jews accused of killings are released without punishment and are protected by the Israeli police and Israeli military.

Israeli organizations that support Jewish terrorism like Arutz Sheva, the Zionist Organization of America and other groups, in fact lobby against imposing the same punishments on Jews that are imposed on non-Jews accused of similar crimes.

ZOA officials blamed the young child’s murder on what they called extremist rhetoric by Palestinians. In other words, Palestinians brutalized by Israel are not permitted to complain about the oppression. And when they do, they are denounced as the causes of violence by Israeli Jews and Jewish Settler extremists.

Israeli terrorism is often defended by Israelis and American Jews who assert that it is a natural reaction of “Arab terrorism.” The Israeli and American Jewish news media downplays Israeli and Jewish terrorism and violence and exaggerates violence by Palestinians and Arabs. Most Israeli media coverage detailed the murder of the 18-month-old infant by explaining that Palestinians have angrily reacted to Israel’s decisions to expand illegal settlements.

Most Israelis have embraced the extremism and hatred against non-Jews and support the killings of Palestinians, but Israelis downplay the statistics and data and rarely punish Israeli and Jewish killers. They are often celebrated as heroes in Israel.

Palestinian activists have embraced a non-violent form of protest against the Israeli violence which increases and decreases each year depending on Israeli politics and Israeli elections by supporting the boycott of the settlements and Israeli extremism. But American Jewish leaders like Illinois State Senator Ira Silverstein and State Rep. Sara Feigenholtz have sponsored legislation to punish anyone who supports a boycott of Israeli extremism and violence. The Silverstein-Feigenholtz law in Illinois, which was signed by Gov. Bruce Rauner, has sent a signal of approval to Israeli fanatics that it is ok to murder Christian and Muslim Palestinians without worrying about legal punishment for their acts.

Americans who support non-violence, however, by boycotting the Jewish settler extremists are targeted and punished under the Silverstein-Feigenholtz laws.

It’s disgraceful that they have refused to denounce the killings of Christian and Muslim Palestinians and have instead sponsored legislation to protect terrorists and killers simply because they happen to be Jewish offenders.

Organizations around the world have denounced the murder and the rising Jewish terrorism against Palestinian Christians and Muslims.

The following is one release from the American Human Rights Council which denounced the murder and called for Israel to impose justice not political hypocrisy in response to murders and terrorism by Jewish Israelis.

The American Human Rights Council (AHRC-U SA) joins the world’s community in condemning the Israeli settlers who burned alive  an 18 month old Palestinian baby. Ali Dawabshe when they set fire on his family’s house today in the Village of Duman, District of Nablus in the occupied West Bank- Palestine earlier this morning. The American Human Rights Council (AHRC-USA) expresses its heartfelt condolences to the Dwabshe family for the tragic loss of their son  as a result of the senseless act of hate and terror.  May the victim rest in peace. We wish all members of the family who were severely burned a speedy recovery.

AHRC  demands that those Israeli settlers who burned alive baby Ali be held accountable for their heinous act of terror. AHRC affirms that words of condemnation are not enough to serve justice. Burning to death an 18 month- old Palestinian baby by Israeli settlers on occupied land is an act of hate , terror and a crime against of humanity that bear no justification under any circumstances. The international community and the United Nations should hold Israel accountable for such act of terror and help provide international protection to Palestinians under the Israeli illegal occupation. This act of terror and hate comes as reminder that the crime of occupation of Palestinian land is leading to other crimes as well and numerous violations of Palestinian human rights. Such crimes and acts of terror, committed by Isareli terrorists and extremists colonizing Palestinian land in the name of religion, will not end until the occupation of the Palestinian land ends and Palestinian basic human rights of statehood and self-determination are realized. This terror act is a violation of international law added to the other ongoing Israeli violations of international law that include illegal settlements in the West Bank and demolitions of Palestinian towns.

AHRC reiterates its strongest condemnation of all acts of terror in any part of the world. AHRC reiterates that terrorism is our common enemy and it has no religion or nationality. AHRC affirms that acts of hate and terror are our common enemy and must be met with swift action.

“A terror attack that kills even one person is a tragedy. We hope that the world remains united in facing down hate and terror anywhere in the world regardless of who is the victim and who is the perpetrator” said Imad Hamad, AHRC  Executive Director.
