Arab Radio: President Trump’s peace plan to be unveiled soon
Syndicated columnist Ray Hanania will host The Arab street radio show on Friday Jan. 18, 2019 on WNZK AM 690 radio in Detroit, Michigan. The show is broadcast from 8 AM until 9 AM EST in Detroit live on the radio.

The radio show topic is rumors that President Donald Trump will unveil a peace plan to give Palestinians 90 percent of the West Bank to form a State with a sharing of East Jerusalem, although the Old City and the sites holy to Christians, Muslims and Jews would be managed by Israel in cooperation with the Palestine State. The rumored plan would also allow Israel to annex its major settlements, providing land swaps with the Palestinians for the settlement lands lost.
Trump has been saying for the past two years he plans to unveil the “Deal of the Century.”
We’ll be asking listeners if they support this plan or oppose this plan. It follows along the lines of proposals originally discussed by Israeli Prime Minister Yitzhak Rabin. Rabin was assassinated in November 1995, two years after signing the Oslo Accords with Palestinian leader Yasser Arafat at the Washington (October 1993). Rabin’s killing pulled the rug out from under the peace agreement and his successors, Ariel Sharon and Benjamin Netanyahu did everything possible to prevent peace and compromise based on the Two-State Solution.
Join us in Chicago (7 AM) or in Occupied Jerusalem (3 PM) while we discuss these and other issues during the program.
